This residential complex developed with a nautical language has a privileged seafront location and is in constant dialogue with its surroundings. It consists of five apartment blocks, two luxury villas and generous landscaped communal areas featuring a social club, coworking space, spa, gym and several swimming pools. The living areas and communal spaces of these through-apartments face the sea while the bedrooms are located on the more sheltered side. The façade, made of a solid surface and curved glass, reinforces the organic and fluid character of the development.
