Zaloa Mayor Rueda

Zaloa trained at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de San Sebastián (ETSASS) and at Istituto Universitario di Venezia (IUAV), and holds a diploma in advanced studies from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM). Over a career that spans more than twenty years she has led architectural projects in Spain and internationally.

She has led multidisciplinary teams in prestigious firms, managing complex projects for institutional, corporate and international clients, while actively participating in all phases from conception to construction management. From 2006 to 2024, she worked as a project director at the Rafael de la Hoz Arquitectos studio, and from 2011 to 2016 she also held the position of Quality Manager, implementing control and quality systems, promoting the adoption of new work processes such as BIM methodology and managing staff training in the studio. In 2016she co-founded Bibarch, where she now focuses on architecture that is committed to spatial quality, innovation and excellence.

Her most notable work includes corporate buildings such as the Real Madrid headquarters in Madrid, the Siemens headquarters in Madrid and the Colas headquarters in Paris, as well as offices for companies such as GMP and Arcano, and the headquarters of prestigious law firms such as DLA Piper and Pérez-Llorca in Madrid. In the field of major urban developments, she has developed masterplans in Badajoz and the area surrounding the former Clesa factory in Madrid. In the residential sector, she has designed exclusive projects such as the Edge in Estepona, Tribeka in Córdoba for Kronos, developments in San xenxo for Gestilar and luxury villas in Aravaca for Singlehome. She also has experience in large-scale institutional facilities such as the Court of Justice in Riyadh and the high-speed train station in Albacete.

In addition to her professional activities, she has given classes at IED Madrid and on the Lightweight Facades Master’s at ETSASS, where she continues to participate every year. She has also been engaged as a speaker at various universities, forums and specialist sector congresses.

Carolina trained at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (ETSAB) and atUniversität der Künste (UdK) in Berlin. Over a career that spans more than twenty years, shehas led architecture and interior-design projects in Spain and internationally.

Her work focuses on the strategic management of design, integrating conceptual vision, formal excellence and spatial sensitivity. She has led multidisciplinary teams in renowned studios, managing complex projects for institutional, corporate and premium hotel clients. From 2016 to 2022, she directed the Interior Design Department at Rafael de la Hoz Arquitectos, and in 2016 she co-founded Bibarch, where she now focuses on architecture committed to spatial quality, innovation and excellence.

Her most notable work includes corporate buildings such as OXXEO for GMP, the Repsol Campus, Telefónica’s Distrito C and offices for major firms such as DLA Piper, Uría Menéndez and Vestas in Madrid. In the hospitality sector, she has led design projects for NH Collection and NHOW in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Rome, as well as the Radisson Postsparkasse in Vienna. She has also developed exclusive residential projects such as the Ordino Residential Mountain Resort (Andorra), and large-scale institutional facilities such as the Court of Justice in Riyadh and the Abu Dhabi Justice Palace.

Her work has been recognised in international competitions and she has been engaged by prestigious firms, always with an across-the-board approach that combines architecture, interior design and user experience. In addition to her professional activities, she has taught at IED Madrid and on the Lightweight Facades Master’s at ETSASS, and has also participated in various specialist forums and congresses.

Alberto Peris Caminero

Alberto graduated from ETS de Arquitectura de La Coruña in 1995. Over his international career in the fields of architecture, construction and real-estate development he has founded and managed various companies in the design and construction sphere while always working as an independent professional and building up a comprehensive and rigorous vision of construction processes and their integrated management.

He was a founding partner of the A-cero studio, a benchmark for luxury residential design in Spain, and participated in its growth and consolidation from 1996 to 2007, with the team growing to include 70 architects, the opening of a Madrid office and the development of projects abroad, in addition to the creation of specialist divisions for interior design, construction and real-estate development. From 2005 to 2011, he was the driving force behind the development of a three-dimensional modular building system, which culminated in the award of an international patent (PCT/ES2012/070532).

His career includes notable collaborations: acting as the local architect with the British designer John Pawson in his first residential project in Madrid (2008–2012), and project management in the Middle East for Rafael de la Hoz studio (2013–2015), leading hospital proposals in Baghdad and institutional representation processes. From 2021 to 2024, he participated as a project monitor in various real-estate developments for the investment firm INCUS CAPITAL.

He currently forms part of the Bibarch team, providing a strategic, technical and business perspective on the development of complex high value-added projects.
