
In response to strict requirements for its inclusion in the business park, this building minimises its footprint at ground level by raising its sides to reduce its impact on theplot. It is triangular in shape, allowing each of its three façades to act as a main facade, thus optimising its relationship with its surroundings.
It is organised around a covered central atrium devised as a meeting point and distribution hub. The emergency stairs on the façade facing the M11 motorway aredesigned as an architectural feature, with a system of diagonal tensioners to meet the structural requirements, which are expressed with forceful formality
