This building is located on the northern edge of the Real Madrid Ciudad Deportiva in Valdebebas andis adapted to the site's topography by using a series of displacements that align its volume to theslope of the ground. It is longitudinal in shape and organised around a multi-height central lobby. Thecommon areas, including a business centre, client zone, etc., are on the ground floor, while theoffices are divided between the three intermediate levels. The top floor, designed as a kind ofperiscope and reserved for management, affords fantastic views of the training grounds.
