COLAS HEADQUARTERS

This project has a strategic location next to the ring road, which consolidates its presence in a spread out and poorly structured urban environment. It is made up of three elements: a party wall centralising communications and installations, a plinth elevating the building above the road, and a curved volume housing the offices and adding dynamism to the façade. Its shape, reminiscent of a heart, reinforces its symbolic role as the headquarters of Colas. A large internal atrium organises the various elements and endows the building with its identity and spatial quality.
