The building’s chamfered triangular floor plan is a bold response to the complexity of the plot of land. Its supporting structure, designed as an exterior exoskeleton in the form of a rhombic lattice, defines its architectural identity and also serves as an effective solar protection system.
The interior, with an open span of more than 15 metres, affords the tenant complete flexibility, making it easily adaptable to different layouts and usage requirements. The rooftop, conceived as an active extension of the working environment, includes spaces for relaxation, sport and events, with panoramic views of la Sierra de Madrid.
