This project is located in one of Madrid's most emblematic areas: el Paseo de laCastellana. The building in question, designed by the architect Javier Carvajal, is an iconic piece of contemporary architecture; a product of its outstanding formal response to strict urban planning restrictions.
The purpose of the project was to completely refurbish the building’s interior space, the goal being to address the functional requirements of the owner and provide the building with a new image that is aligned with the firm’s values. The aim was to maximise the building’s potential and recover the basic principles of the original design, which had been lost in previous renovations, in order to create a comfortable, efficient, and representative working environment.
