The waterfront is organised around a lively two-level promenade which is home to the yacht club, beach club and an open-air amphitheatre. The hotel tower, designed as a landmark visible from both land and sea, features spacious terraces inspired by a beached ship. The retail area is placed under a large pergola for shade, equipped with misting sprinklers, gardens and the sound of a watercourse that begins at the mosque and flows out to the sea. A residential area, with a range of villas and private apartments, was designed to ensure its integration into the landscape by adapting it to the unique conditions of the site.
