POSTSPARKASSE WIEN RADISSON HOTEL

This project is an exercise in precision and respect for the building that houses it:Otto Wagner’s Postsparkasse, a 1900 masterpiece and a singular example of theVienna Secession.

The intervention aims to preserve and highlight its founding principles—functional rationalism, the expressive use of materials and a rigorously refined aesthetic—while integrating them into a contemporary proposal.

The hotel aligns with today’s concept of luxury, drawing carefully on inspiration fromWagner’s own furniture designs, which are reinterpreted in the layout of the various rooms.
